Do you offer free health consultations?

Yes!  We understand that there are some questions you might have before you are ready to sign up and we are here to help. We are always going to be more than happy to talk to you so you feel comfortable throughout every step in the process as well.

What is your new patient procedure?

After initially reaching out to us, we will get back to you with a little bit more about what we do and answer any questions you may have.  Next we will set up a meeting to further discuss a plan for your child.
